Top critical review. The format of this book is cool, too. It's essentially short, one-page stories arranged like a devotional. The lead sheet for the hymn with all the lyrics was on the left page, and the story of the song was on the opposite right page.
And the stories were all interesting/5(89). Excellent Detailed Stories behind the writing of (wow!!) hymns with lyrics of several verses. By not including the actual musical notes, one big book could be made for reference.
